●冷轧板基板：耐腐蚀性能一般，主要用于制作家电及内部配件。
●热镀锌基板：耐腐蚀性好，可用于对耐蚀性要求高的制品，如建筑外用，夹心板、仓库、机库等。
●如要求有较好的冲压，拉伸性能的产品，则需考虑选用相应深冲级别的基板。
●颜色：当前建筑业流行色主要有：深天蓝、海蓝、绯红、象牙白、白灰、墨绿等。
●光泽：漆膜的光泽分为高、中、低三档，光泽度大于70%的高光泽涂料适用于制作家用电
器，而建筑业多选用30%-70%中低光泽的涂料；低光泽或亚光涂料用于办公家具。
●加工性能：要选用180°弯曲时，T值（弯芯垫片数）小的涂层产品，如家用电器外壳，一般选用≤3T的彩板，对于建筑也根据不同部位，选择不同级别的弯曲性。
●耐蚀性：选择耐蚀性优良的彩色钢板对建筑业尤为重要。
※ 建筑用彩涂板的涂料通常分为五类：

3． 硅酸聚脂
4． 聚氯乙稀（塑料溶胶）
5． 氟树脂
如要保证建筑的耐久性能，最好选用氟树脂涂料，如需彩板耐水、耐烘烤或耐某种腐蚀介质，其涂料的选用应由供需双方协商。
※ 彩板的选择应考虑如下因素：
1． 使用环境。
2． 加工要求。
3． 制品外观。
4． 经济效益。
※The correct ways of choosing color coated plate
User should choose the suitable products according to different usage. To know of the properties of substrate is necessary.
Cold coil: It can be chosen to produce inner parts and the household electrical appliance because the corrosion resistance is just common.
Hot dip galvanize coil: It is capable of resistance corrosion, so it can be used to construct outside parts of the buildings, such as roofs, walls ,warehouses and stores of planes, etc.
As for those which have special demand, for example good anti-press and extending performance, we should choose right substrate according to the steel grade.
Surface color: the Popular colors of architecture nowadays are deep sky blue,sea blue, antique red, ivory white,white gray ,ultramarine green,etc.
Gloss: The coating gloss can be divided into high, middle and low grades. Degree of gloss that is more than 70% is suitable for producing white appliance, while we choose the coating whose gloss degree is 30-70% in construction and those has low degree of gloss in producing furniture.
Processing performance: we choose the steel plates with small T-bend when it needs 180°bending grade. For example the T-bending grade for appliance isn’t normally more than 3T. we must also choose different T-bending for the different construction parts.
It is particularly important to choose the color coating plates with great corrosion resistance.
