彩涂板的储存与运输：

　　彩色涂层钢板储存、运输不当可能发生表面划伤、擦伤、变形或涂层腐蚀，从而影响使用寿命。在运输时应注意如下事项：
　　1.按出厂状态运输。
　　2.不能将叉式升降机或钢丝绳直接吊运，应采用专用吊具，以免损伤钢卷。
　　3.装运车厢应打扫干净，铺上橡胶垫或专用搬运台，台子应固定好，不能振动。
　　4.运送时要固定，使重叠的钢板不会滑动，不应将过多的钢板重叠堆积运输。
　　5.取钢板时，绝对不可拖拉，否则会因钢板切口毛刺将下一张钢板划伤、擦伤。
　　6.装卸钢板时要轻拿轻放，勿使钢板碰到其他坚硬物体。

　　在储存时应注意如下事项：
　　1.应在室内保管，库区内应保持通风、无腐蚀性气体，不宜放在易结露及温差较大的地方，避免露天堆放。
　　2.暂时堆放室外时，产品上一定要盖上防雨布等，使产品不直接遭受日晒雨淋。一般室外堆放不得超过2周。
　　3.不可直接堆放在地面上，应放垫木或胶皮，地面要平坦，不得有砂石，以免在外圈产生压印等缺陷。
　　4.为安全和防止钢板、钢卷发生变形和损伤，不宜堆放过高，建议2吨为一个批量的卷材应≤2层。
　　5.产品受到雨淋或结露，应马上拆包迅速干燥，并尽早使用。避免锈蚀影响使用。
　　6.库区必须通风、干燥，上不漏雨，下不积水，周边排水系统畅通，具备防涝防渍的措施和能力。
　　7库区内不得混放酸、碱、盐及有害气体等腐蚀物品及其它杂物，保持库区的专用性。

　　Storage and transportation:
　　Being stored or transported in wrong ways, the coatings surface may be damaged, deformed , which will affect the useful time.

　　The followings should be cared about while transporting: 
　　Transport by the export condition.
　　Don’t use the elevator or mteal line directly ,you are best use the special tools .
　　Clear up the vehicles  ,and using the cushion .
　　You should not haul them when you carry it,otherwise the thorn will damage the lay under it.
　　You should take lightly when you load it ,and don’t hit any hard thing.

　　You should store it inside,keep windly ,non chemical aggression.And don’t let it outside where the temperature change  
       If you store it outside temporarily,you must cover a rainproof cloth in order to prevent from the rain,sun ,heat ,etc.Don’t lay it outside beyond 2 weeks.
　　Don’t lay it on the floor dirctly ,and you need to use wooden cushion or rubberized cushion .Keep the floor evenly,which haven’t any sand or stone,otherwise,it will damage the coil coating .
　　Don’t lay the coil too high.And for paint coating of 2 tons ,the whole don’t up to 2 layers.
　　Open the pack ,if it is moisten by the rain or dew.and use it as early as you can .
　　Keep the store ventilate and dry.There isn’t rain drop from the ceiling and water on the floor in the warehouse . Don’t  have an obstructed  drainage system  and but have the measure and ability to against the water 
　　Keep the warehouse specially,and don’t put  abrasion(such as acid, alkali,salt, noxious gas,or something else)in the warehouse.
